Hi Chris & Broadbandings,
Thanks for the reply. I've been using this modem since 2007. It's for 2Mb initially and we upgraded to 10Mb and then to 20Mb but VM didn't replace the modem. I don't know if this high power can cause any problem but recently my ping seemed to be unstable. Shall I ask VM for a new modem or is there any way to adjust it by myself?

Re: Power level of downstream & upstream

Ask VM to send a tech a new modem won't fix it.

Probably it went higher when you upgraded because you were moved to a new network.

Should be a pretty painless fix.
