50 meg tech department
 
i had lost the freephone number for 50 meg tech department, does anyones had it and can you give to me please ? thanks

0800 052 0431 best to call Monday to Friday between 0800 and 2000 and Saturday 0800 to 1600 for UK agents.

or if you get the indian call center it won't matter cos they are all 50mg techs or so they told me last week;)

We just troubleshoot them as normal, everything we need to do so is in front of us.

Offshore tend to transfer them but everyone else will troubleshoot as per Mags colleagues above and failing that we get them transferred to us as we are in the call tree.

The are a nucleus of 50Mb trained agents in the UK but everyone else should do basic troubleshooting anyway as the majority of the issues are no different to standard kit.
