Internet Down In B30?

My internet went down at around 2:00 this afternoon and has yet to come back up. Is anyone else in that area having a fault? Nothing on the VM service status page.

I would suggest calling 151.. you may be part of a small local outage or could be just your connection.

Either way, you need to call to find out :)

Thank you for the quick reply. I have called 151 and it was pre-recorded message that said we are sorry to hear about the fault with your broadband in the postcode of B30 are engineers are looking at the fault.

I take it this is normal and should just wait until it is fixed?

Yes, give them time to fix it (could be anything). At least they are on it.
