U900 Fault

I have a 15/16 month Samsung Soul and today it has gone and developed a fault where by the touch screen and the main screen freeze if I slide the phone open or they just don't come on at all. If the phone is slid down everything works fine but obviously that's no good to me. What can I do to fix it cause it's out of warranty! :(

Try and do a software reset/update using your computer.

Thanks, for some reason you can't get software updates for this particular model via the internet. Anyway rang Samsung and they told me to take it to the Carphone Warehouse and they're repairing it Free Of Charge. Happy Days :)
