Virgin Media TV and a firm called Objectivity.
 
I have come across this article to-day and, as I don't understand what it's talking about or whether the information it contains has any relevance to us as VM TV customers, I thought I would let our members have a look-see for themselves.

That's VMTV (Living, Bravo, etc), not the TV service of VM.

Thanks spiderplant for explaining that. I have just re-read the article and it still doesn't mean much to me but at least I can rest happily knowing it wasn't referring to some dark nefarious VM scheme to introduce yet more off-shore phone centres. :D
