Sky+ recording no longer available
Hey guys, i have a Sky+ box (Amstrad), and up untill last night I lost the recording function and get a message on screen telling me to upgrade the subscription. Now I have just read something on Google, and the document explained to perform a full system reset. What does this do and is it ok to perform? Im using the old on screen sky guide.

Ring Sky and see if they can send a signal to cure it. Can't see an alternative option sorry

sorted, phoned Sky, and what happened was that we installed another box into my sisters room yesterday, it had changed something at their end which affected my box. They removed and re added my box, re paired the card and resent the signal and its working again
