Hello just a quickie just wondering why i have alot less Correctable Codes Words on DS1 than the other 4 is there any problem with it being lower becuase i havent a clue lol

Please post all your modem stats rather than just downstream. Remember to please to remove your Cable Modem MAC address from the event log.

What you've shown so far is not good and an engineer call looks to be necessary.

Are you actually seeing any problems on your service morley04 before you start copy/pasting stuff?

What you've posted thusfar may or may not be ok depending on how long since you last rebooted your modem.

Do not worry about the difference between the channels at all, if the service is working as intended it's not significant.
