BBC3 and BBC4 Not working

Dunno if it's just me but BBC3 and BBC4 have been just dreadful for the past week. Continually pixelating every few seconds and the sound dropping out.

Tonight just getting OSM "sorry this channel is currently unavailable" on both channels.

Area is East Kilbride, Scotland.

Check all coax connectors are tight, if all ok then call VM as this is a fault which is beyond your control.
