Can you do a deal with virgin mobile?

I'm intrested in the 250mins/unlim text with free phone Â£18.When i looked a few months back Virgin customers got Â£1.50 off each month .I cant find that deal anymore on there website.
Can you just call them and negotiate a deal or do they stick to there prices/minutes
