New printer time

right my faithful cannon mp500 has started playing up, one of the culprits is the print head (have tried to clean it but still playing up).

so looking for suggestions for a new printer of the following

1. under £100 (£150 max)
2. can be multi-function (in fact one with scanner would be bounus)
but no all-in-one cartridges.
3. cheap(ish) to run
4. ethernet connection
5. and finally decent quality as i do a lot of cad drawings for work.

it maybe a lot to try and get for the price i'm looking at, but couldn't justify anymore money for one.

so fire away............................

It was launched 1st June 2009 according the link below

http://www.photographyblog.com/news/...stylus_sx515w/

I think its more to do with popularity than being end of line. But I may be wrong

I bought the Epson Stylus SX515w just after Christmas in Staples, down from £99 to £69 and is a great multi printer and wireless.

A big BUMP!

I too am after a good all-in-one printer, preferably Epson that will take cheaper compatible cartridges. Has to be wireless and work with Windows 7 64bit.

I'm hoping that after 6 months, there may be some more recommendations?

My budget is £100

Any ideas would be very much appreciated. :)

TIA
