Virgin Media Box Stuck at LD:00

I got up and switched it on this morning and all day it hasn't loaded any further than this.
I have done everything they say to do and it just won't load up.
I have phoned for an engineer but they can't send me one until thursday!

Does anyone know what this code means? :confused:
