error codes
 

hope you guys might help .i had virgin installed tuesday and to be honest im already beginning to regret this 5 days now and 3 engineer calls already ....
i keep getting error codes 1203 and lost all bbc channels and now to go along with this i have error code 1204 on espn and now cant watch any of the euro sport channels and many more ......... any idea what theses codes mean ....
waiting for yet another engineer to turn up in the meantime ......:mad:

Sorry you've had such a bad start to the service. The box is failing to tune to the channel. The different codes mean it failed at different stages in the tune process, but usually it's caused by a poor signal on the cable, and does need a tech visit to sort it.
