V+ locks up

hi my v+ box locks up at night I have used 72 of my hard drive could this be why and it resets a lot and thay will not give a samsung v+ box I demand that thay do my Dad has a samsubg v+box

Have you reported the problems with your v+ to virgin?

They wont change the box for no reason

If it's the midnight to 1am lock-up then they won't change the box as this is when all the EPG updates are sent... you will get the same on the Samsung V+ for sure. HTH

Strange it only locks up at night Andrew. Unless of course it is at midnight when they update the epg. That makes the boxes lock up while they update the info.
