Want to change ntl email to virgin
 

I have an NTL email address which I would like to keep but also add another "virgin" email address. Looked in VM help section and have the option of adding an additional 10 emails but all ending in ntlworld.com.
Any way of having an virginmedia.com email and keeping the old ntl one?

Not yet. You will have to wait until the google migration to get a @virginmedia.com address

It should be towards the middle of the year when that happens for @ntlworld.com customers
