Picture problems
 

Hi all, hope i'm in the right place as i am new to this!!! anyway .. the picture on my pace box keeps sticking a sec or two,i have power off and held down the down arrow key,pictures take about 10 mins to sort themselves but 10 mins later the picture starts sticking again..any one please help ! thx v1per5

You need to report this to Virgin. By the way, powering on with the down-arrow pressed isn't a good idea, and certainly won't fix this.

ok thx will do was hoping there was an easy fix on my side as dealing with virgin is a bit of hit and miss.
