PIN Code Problem
 

I’ve recently upgraded to a V+ box, but when I record a programme and then go to watch it I’m asked for a PIN code, I've never set a PIN code!!!!

How to I reset the code and then deactivate the PIN Code on recorded programmes, although I’ve seen deactivation in the settings options.

Any help would be gratefully received.

The preset pincode is 1234.
