Record Speeding Fine
Should this be the model for UK speeding fines, i.e. based on income & repeat offences?

Ah yes, but if it was based on income...
Might help bring down the budget deficit more quickly, even if only applied to speeding footballers :D |

This is similar to the guy who got a ticket for doing 200mph+, he only got a $250 fine.
