Loss of TV/Broadband

Had a look at Region 04's VM status page and we've lost TV & Broadband in the Birmingham & Midlands areas. Has anyone else in the UK had this problem?

Hi,

We lost TV & BB in Fareham hampshire last night about 23:00, i called the support line but all they could say was " see if it is back on in the morning". There is nothing on the status page and rebooting equipment hasnt worked this am. I just have NIT or NLT on the pace box and no line on the modem. I guess its watch this space at the moment.
