hi all, not sure if i am in right place, but i bought a ringtone from virgin for my phone, but it says i have to go to online to retrieve it , but i put in address they give virgin mediaa wap, but cannot seem to do it, any help in simple instructions would be much appreciated thanks

The address they gave needs to go into the mobile browser, that should give you a download which you should be able to install/save to your phone..

It changes though from phone to phone
