Virgin Media equipment after cancellation
 

My contract with Virgin media end mid january. When can i expect them to collect their equipment and also if they ask me to return it to them will they supply the packaging since the engineer removed it when the product was installed. Also the remote for the V+ box is damaged will i be receiving a bill for this and how much, if so i may as well get one from EBAy for less than a fiver.

Have you been given a disconnection date? They usually give you a date they will pick up the equipment.. they are unlikely to charge you for the remote in my experience.
