confused as to what service im currently receiving
 

So, i currently have Broadband L and Phoneline M.

A while ago VM were running alongside that, a free M service of digitial TV, at which point i was able to view on demand, music, Virgin1 and a whole load of other channels.

Now i haven't used my V box for nearly a year, but i've just plugged it in now and i don't receive most of the channels ticked on the M service.

Do VM no longer run the M service alongside having broadband and phone, or is there an error with my account?

If you don't have the box connected for a while, you'll lose your channels. Give Virgin a call and they'll put them straight back on again.
