Can't rewind live TV

I've had my V+ for nearly 2yrs now and never had a problem rewinding live TV. However recently whenever I try to rewind I get a message saying it's in 'power saving mode' or something to that effect. I leave the box switched on all the time, always have, so not really sure why it's suddenly playing up. Would appreciate any advice

It's meant to go into power-saving mode only if you've not pressed a button on the remote for over 3 hours. If it's doing it all the time, try pressing reset.

You could switch of the box and plug it out and leave for a few mins and plug it in again and it cancels out the fault you have. Works for me with my sky hd box

I didn't realise that, I can't even remember how long I usually leave it before trying to use the rewind facility, thanks for that :)
