Turn the power off & on at the mains socket. If that doesn't fix it you'll have to ring Virgin.

yes but only on the second box v+ and internet working fine

As Spiderplant says....If a reboot doesn't work then you will have to call Support on 151 (on a VM line) or you could post in the newsgroups?
