Webmail login problem
 

I want to go to my webmail to change some settings, but after typing in my info the login screen is just re-presented.

It is not an incorrect password issue as if I deliberately fill in an incorrect password, I get the incorrect password.

I can log in to my Virgin account and e billing, just not webmail.

Is there anything I can do? Anyone got same problem at the moment ?

You need to call Tech Support which is open 24/7 on 151 from your Virgin Media Phone.

It's absolutely free.

Or call 0845 454 1111 from any other phone line.

That was my fall back....I didn't realise they were 24/7, so was waiting until 8am today.

Just called them and all sorted now.

He gave me a different address from my usual link, which gave a different login window which worked.
