virgin box off the wall help please.
 

I have managed to rip the whole box off the wall for my vm phone master socket all 4 wires are now just hangin there vm will charge for this repair. Was wondering if any kind sole could advise me where to put the 4 coloured wires i know how to connect them just not sure where ? there is 1 solid blue wire also 1 solid orange wire also 1 white and blue striped cable also 1 white wire with faint orange up it. Sorry if this is in the wrong place and thanks for any help offerd.

I suggest given Virgin a call. You may only see 4 wires but at the master socket end i am pritty sure there is a lot more places to insert them

How did you manage to rip it off? If it was a mistake then you may be OK if you get a nice CS agent.

If it was something like you picked up your house phone and it came off the wall then I say its Virgins fault. But if you did this by your own then you will have to pay. No idea how much.

Nope vm cannot fix unless i pay them. any help al try uploading a snap
