Local levels are ok, call VM to check for network related issues.

Very rare to see one of those modems where the frequency has not drifted, as Xocemp says call in.

Something that has not happened with your modem so nothing to worry about.

331000000 Hz is the frequency your modem and card on the ubr is set to, the DPX100 could lose that frequency and suffer slow speeds or an intermittent connection.
So your downstream frequency would look something like 331.250000 Hz
