Traffic Managed Consecutively?

Is it possible to be traffic managed consecutively? Say you download in the morning but by 2.30pm you become traffic managed which lasts until 7.30pm. You continue downloading at the reduced speed but by say 7.00pm you have exceeded the limit set for evening management. What happens at 7.30pm? Are you no longer traffic managed or does another 5 hours of traffic managing kick in from 7.30pm?
Thanks.

It only starts counting again when you have been released from traffic management the first time.

Re: Traffic Managed Consecutively?

i just want to add to this. Say for example you used your internet quite heavily for one evening and were traffic shaped, but the in the next day at the evening you hardly used the internet, will it still remember the previous evening you used the net really heavily and also traffic shape this evening too.

So is traffic shaping dependant upon the daily usage of the internet or does it remember the times you went mad on the net and get you by reducing your speed?

It's per session.

So for instance if you are managed during the daytime window, you won't be managed during the evening window the same day unless you exceed the threshold then as well
