Poo energy - and its NOT a wind up
It had been stated by Thames Water, that they have saved 15 million pounds of using the poo from customers to using it for reusable energy - and THIS IS NOT A WIND UP.
It burns off sewage and sludge to produce a lot of electricty. |

Good on them, although the techniques they're using are hardly revolutionary - an increasing number of farms in the UK are using similar methods to generate electricity, especially by anaerobic digestion.
