I am surprised by the sentence handed down by the judge. Usually if someone steals money in the UK they get banged up for longer than your average murderer.... Or am I being cynical?

Sick Sick Sick, people like that deserve everything they get, my real mum used to do stuff like this, stealing pention books off the eldery ect, just greatful she isn't with us anymore.

Who says crime doesn't pay?

She stole Â£41k, has to pay 5 of it back, doesn't have to go to jail or do any public service and then in a few years her record would be cleaned off.
