50p landline tax

Hi guys, long time since i posted....

Does anyone know if this 50p tax the government want to introduce on landline phones, to pay for rural broadband rollouts, applies to VM phone services too, or just services using BT infrastructure ?

To answer your question yes it applies to cable as well - it is a landline.
