Email password reset while abroad
 

I'm away from my usual address and cannot access my emails via wi-fi. Thunderbird has forgotten my password and I can't remember it as well. Is there any way to email VM to reset my password so I can get my emails?

I have another email account not from VM that works.

login to myVirginMedia from the VM website and it should let you reset the password on any email account from there i think?..

If you cannot reset your email password as above then you would need to call in to get your password reset and that is not possible from abroad and even if you emailed in they would only be able to post your password to your registered property due to the Data Protection Act.

So if you are unable to reset or remember your password then you will have to wait until you come back to the UK.

OK, thanks. I'm pleased I have another non VM/Ntl email that works.
