If the account holder leaves Virgin Media the webspace would be deleted.
I don't think you can upload to the webspace unless you havea Virgin Media connection which uses a NTL area IP.

Since the account holder remains responsible for the content of the webspace, they'd need to be very very sure that you weren't going to abuse it in any way. Personally I'd be running away very quickly from this.

You'd be better off putting your £30.00 towards a proper web host service.

In doing this, wouldn't you need the persons account details. such as username and password?
