Coventry Problems?
 
Hi guys having some issues with less than 1/2 meg download on 10meg broadband. On the virgin website it says no problems in the West Midlands area. Below is my signal levels.

Downstream Lock : Locked
Downstream Channel Id : 26
Downstream Frequency : 315000000 Hz
Downstream Modulation : QAM256
Downstream Symbol Rate : 6952 Ksym/sec

Upstream Lock : Locked

Upstream Frequency : 47408000 Hz
Upstream Modulation : QPSK
Upstream Symbol Rate : 2560 Ksym/sec
Upstream transmit Power Level : 45.7 dBmV
Upstream Mini-Slot Size : 2


Any ideas?

Your downstream SNR is to low at 25.0dB so you need to call Tech Support on 151 from a Virgin phone line or 0845 454 1111 from any other phone line and they should book you an engineer.
