This will be introduced over here. not that it will help combat terrorism or anything. if you wanted to detonate a bomb from a mobile phone you wouldd just nick one, or buy one off ebay and such.

the government would love this to happen as soon as possible. it's all part of the jigsaw puzzle, and a big step towards the Police state.

and what is stop a buyer using someone elses address or other stolen personal details. Millions goes missed each year because of ID fraud.

I'm sure the likelihood is that spains mobile operators will be rubbing their hands and waiting for the new cash to roll in. They can't make us register ours as there has been no government instructions to do so... Although I'm sure they can think of some "Phone Licence" to come up with :)
