50 mb complete service outage (SW London)
This is my first post, but I wanted to highlight the unreliability of the 50mb service, and VM's inability to repair a connection.
I've only been with the company since July on their flagship product. In August it had an outage for 8 days: 4 engineer visits (2 of them network) and it eventually got fixed. I'm now without a connection again (6 days so far). I asked for a network engineer to be sent straight away. Eventually they called out the network engineers after a home visit. I saw them in the street yesterday- and they still haven't fixed it! Last time I had a connection outage, they eventually left me with a 20mb modem which was working on my line. I made the same request to an engineer on Friday, and was flatly refused. I'm in SW London, and I'm wondering if others have an outage? Does anyone know how I can proceed from here, or how to get any cooperation from customer services? I still get the 'we're the only company with 50meg' stuff. |

They do refund you for the outage. Let them know how long its been.
