A babysitter who raped two young children he was meant to be caring for has been jailed for 10 years.

5 probable years in prison is but a slap in the face to the kids concerned eh.It makes you wonder about the judge himself.
I do hope he gets the welcome/hospitality he deserves up there in the Scottish prison system.

Not going to happen.

They will make sure he has all the comforts he wants in a secure area away from the other inmates.

Then they will let him go just like another offender i could mention :rolleyes:

He'll be banged up along with all the other nonces and Peado's in a cushy jail that's been set a side for sex offenders, while in there they can swap sick stories.

Put them in a real jail alongside real prisoners.

He`ll probably end up in Peterhead where they stick most of Scotland`s heavy duty beasts but he still has to get there first.

I`d normally say that was too much of an easy way out but with only a measly few years to do in jail i`d be quite happy to read about his demise.
A dark dank dungeon(without the mod cons) for the rest of their days is the only appropriate sentence in my mind but theres rarely ever a sentence handed out in the British justice system that is enough in these cases sadly.

This is the perfect example of everything that is wrong with the CJS and why more and more of the public are getting sick and tired of it. While i do not support vigilante justice i can damn well see the attraction of it and more and more in this country i lean ever more to it. Pieces of excrement like this will never get the punishment they deserve in this country so maybe members of the public are the only way to get true justice on some of the worst in our society though it will be a sad day when it happens.

It's kind of shocking to me that nearly everyone's reaction to stories like this is "kill them"

I think years and years of being stuck in a cell and being a known paedo is a much worse punishment for these people.

Killing them is instant, they don't suffer but the victims still do. Let these people suffer in prison ;)

He won't suffer in prison though he will be placed on rule 43 or whatever it is called now and will be in the company of other **** exactly the same so they can support each other in being the poor misunderstood victim. Also anyone honestly believe someone like this is ever going to truly be rehabilitated because i don't, i think there are some things that bad that you just have to accept someone is completely worthless and get rid of them.

Couldn't agree more but just stick them in a very basic cell with no light and just enough food to keep them alive, no more. Save the taxpayers some money that way too.

Well the only good that will come out of this, is that even if they are on rule 43, the other inmates will sort out the ****, such as this, as this sort of crime is not tolerated in prison.
