Is this a second hand printer?It's very unusual for an Epson to come without any software?:erm:

Its brand new off the shelf from Comet, no CD etc in the box etc...

I've had 5 Epsons and everyone came with a CD..:confused:

Did you check the instructions on the box.

Or you could just try plugging it in and seeing whether the OS can deal with it?

Yeah it's down for me as well wilcoxm.

This is a good way to check it's not just you if you have any website opening problems.

What do you mean by "etc", what else is missing, it may be hidden somewhere in the box, take it back if nothing is in the box that should be in the box.

The box itself should list what you get in the box or the manual.

I say off the shelf, it was sold as seen (cheap) No Instructions, no software, only had ink and photo paper.

You may have to wait for the Epson site to be up and running if you need all the normal bumph that would be on the disc, but that link will certainly get you up and running.
