the other day we had some things changed on the account (removing free xl tv for a month) and it seems we now have L BB instead of M BB is this a new thing theyre doing to get rid of M or have they just done it to make us pay more?

There are no current bundles which contain BB M so, if you make changes to any bundles, you will likely go onto a new bundle which contains BB L.

I would say that you should be able to go back onto your 'old' bundle containing BB M if ALL you were doing is not accepting TV XL after trying it for a month.

Have you made any other changes to your bundle recently?

XL phone and BB M Was the original package

XL phone and BB M + XL TV free month trial Were offered free tv for life of contract so took it

and when cancelling the XL TV its was confirmed to us we were on XL phone BB M TV M

and come to check the bill and it says we are on L and the customer services person says we upgraded it the other day the time when we were confirmed we had phone XL BB M and TV M
