nokia 5800 not working
 

hi my nokia 5800 is not working when i go to unlock it it has lines across the screen phoned virgin mobile and told them and thay said thay would phone me back today and tell me what's happening so got no mobile so dont know what i am going to do still under monthly contract thay offerd me the same phone but dont want the samr phone dont want to take that chance of it happening agian

They will just offer the same phone as they did a couple of years ago when the phone I had then developed a fault.

The only way around it is to ask for an upgrade to a better phone for a couple of quid extra a month.

I have the 5800 and so far no issues with it and the inbuilt wifi has a brilliant range and can pick up many networks when out and about though.

I also have the Nokia 5800 (not on virgin though)
Not had any problems with it at all (touch wood)
Maybe youve just been unlucky with your one, buut dont be put off, its unlikely you will have 2 faulty handsets in a row.
