virgin broadband inactive for days in york
 

hi all ive got vm broadband and since sat morning its been inactive, numerous frustrating calls to the shockingly bad customer service dpt. each time its same BS, it will be on in a few hours blah blah. i live in the north side of york and am aware of other friends who still have boadband with virgin that is working, so there must be something wrong this side of town.

anyone know what is going on as ive given up ringing virgin now, im begining to wonder why i left 02 now, virgin are crap in everyway
