*FIXED* - 50 Meg down in Birmingham B30 -
 

Anybody experiencing a broadband outage in B30, Birmingham?
The helpline gave me an instant £10 rebate for loss of service. They said it would be back on soon but could be several days !!!!
I lost my fixed telephone line for 4 days last week because maintenance had failed to reconnect me. I hope they've not stuffed up again.

If you have any further issues then call the 50Mb support line on 0800 052 0431 after 0800 Monday to Saturday.
