If I am correct the second lot the upstream power level is too low.

The site is Chinese so far as I can tell. Which doesn't help you. To my mind, since the document refers to DOCSIS 1/2 behaviours, it is country independent. Would you agree? |

I would recommend highly http://bradyvolpe.com/ for those who want to swot on cable networks a bit. It does assume some knowledge so be aware.
