Problems since going 50mb. Engineer came and did nothing. HELP

Hi

i upgraded to 50mb about two weeks ago, speed wise the connection is really good but the stability is bad. Every morning it disconnects so ill have to restart the modem to get it working again this can sometimes happen three times a day.

i had my power levels checked and was told everything looks ok but i have many T3 timeouts and it will need investigating. A engineer came round and said your power levels are too low. So he did something at the green box and went away. After a hour of him leaving the disconnects again, I checked my power levels and theyre exactly the same as they were before he came.

so i was wondering if you can please check them so at least i know there is nothing wrong with them and put it down to the UBR or something

Upstream power level is too high - needs to be below 55.

I'm afraid to say your goign to need a tech again to adjust.

I,m no expert but your upstream power level looks too high, according to the sticky it should be below 55(dBmv).

I,m sure someone will be along shortly to confirm this for sure
