50mbit pricing question

I'm on 50mbit and also have the basic no frills phone line package, and XL TV with a V+. Checking my bill today I noticed I'm being charged £45 for the 50mbit broadband, but according to Virgin's site, it's £33 a month for 50mbit...

Am I missing something, or are Virgin charging me too much?

Thanks all!

Re: 50mbit pricing question

Yes, you have missed the numerous threads discussing this ad nauseam.

BB XXL ALWAYS shows as £45 on a Virgin Media bill. All other quoted prices are AFTER discounts are applied.

Your bill will have a discount line which covers the three services you have.

Before you ask:

yes standalone BB XXL is £38 - it has a £7 discount (£45-£7=£38);

yes BB XXL with Phone M is £39 - it has a £17 discount (£45+£11-£17=£39).
