cannot login
 

Hi all just wondered if anybody else is having a problem loggin in to their email primary account. I use google mail to collect it and it stopped working yesterday claiming that the username & password is wrong !! I have had a problem with my primary account as I have been unable to see my other email address's or add\change them & VM have been looking into that but never had a problem with the username & password.

Just wanted to see if it is just me or a national problem ???

I've got the very same problem today. Outlook cannot login to the POP3 account and the username/password isn't recognised by webmail.

I suspect it may be the migration to Google causing the issues, but I guess I may be wrong. Thankfully I do not rely on my Virgin (NTL) email account.

I've had no problem signing in myself this morning..and it's getting through to my gmail account.:erm:

It's now working okay for me too, both webmail and POP3. Obviously something at Virgin's end caused the outage earlier.

yes, I've had similar issues for about a week. One ntlworld.com account in particular keeps failing to login but 3 other ntlworld accounts login fine?
