Islington, London: <1Mbps Speed, "High TX Load" Issue

Hello All, first time poster here:)

I have (in theory) 20Mbps download speed, however for the last few weeks I have been getting <1Mbps in the evenings - it is like going back to dial up! THey have checked various things including my TX/RX power/SNR levels, etc.

I have called VM many times to complain. They have given me a fault reference and say it is due to a high TX load on one of their routers. What is frustrating is that my upstairs neighbours are on VM and get their full 10Mbps bandwidth!

VM won't give me a fault resolution date other than the original (passed) date of 16/10/09 and say that my issue is at priority 4.

Anything I can do to pressure them into resolving my issue faster? Who can I speak that can get this resolved ASAP?

Any ideas much appreciated - I am literally on the verge of moving to Sky TV and another BB supplier - I can't take this any more!

Thanks
