Advice/level check please?

Hey guys :)
I've had a few probs over the last couple of days, wondering if i should ask an engineer to come out? Could you check my levels and possibly give some advice please?

Had a problem around a month ago, net was off for half a day, rang up and was told to wait it out as there's a problem in my area - got refunded a fiver lol, issue seemed to be solved.

Yesterday same kinda thing happend, ready light blinking away and wouldn't lock on. Waited 20 mins and no joy so rang it in, waited 20 mins to get through to faults in which time it resolved itself :dozey:, locked on and seemingly okay.

Today around the same time 9-11am(ish) was playing on PS3 (Uncharted 2 Multiplayer :D) and got signed out of the PSN, checked my internet by running a few tests.. exetremely slow and fluctuating all over the place, hoping it'll 'resolve itself' again within the next hour.
/End story, lol.

Looks like your downstream power level is two high and your upstream power is too low. Get on the blower to get a tech out.

Why are these zero? Mine are set to 20480000, 768000 and 3044

Its a bug in the firmware/config. Don't worry about it.

Downstream is far too high. You need a tech to fix it.
