50mp and reduced price to £28 from 1 September 2009
 

I'm a bit confussed with the new price! I am a VIP customer & thought that the price I pay £45 would be reduced to £28 but customer service tells me that it only applies to new customers!! That seems a bit unfair, considering its such a large reduction!!!!:confused: Can somebody tell me she's got it wrong!!!!!!!!

The £45 price is before discounts and is correct.

The £28 price is after a £17 discount you get when you have both BB XXL and a Phoneline

VIP with XXL costs £8 more than VIP with XL broadband so is £97.50 plus any extras

Yes, after looking at it again it does look like it is correct!! Ah well
