PC Guard & Windows 7 Compatibility

Tried to download PC Guard from the VM website after installing Windows 7 only to be told "Your operating system or browser is not supported"

I know Windows 7 is brand new and it might not be supported straight away, but does anyone know if it is in the pipeline?

Thanks.

There is far better free software around than PC Guard in my opinion anyway

I would go with Commodo Free.

That's a sound piece of software, I personally use AVG Free and rely on the Windows 7 Firewall and my router

Commodo seems to be lightyears ahead in my book. Seems to detect alot more, than the likes of AVG etc.

Thank for the replies. I've installed Comodo and it seems good so far. :)

*jumps on bandwagon*

Comodo is really good and a lot easier to set up specific rules than most software I've used

Personally I just use a router and maybe windows firewall if the messages don't **** me off so much. No antivirus or spyware protection. But then I'm a reckless but dashing maverick.

I bet you even leave your hair messy in the mornings and wink at girls in shops! ADMIT IT!!!

meh - I don't think many people keep text files called 'account details and pin numbers' on their computers so it's not such a bad thing to not have AV software etc.

if only someone would write software that stopped people from being able to click on links on e-mails from theprinceofnigeria@needyourhelp.com offering to give you a million billion pounds for helping him in his time of need

=D
