time out

whenever i try to download upgrades to an iphone or ipod,i get the message 'network time out' after a couple of minutes.any help appreciated.

As I don't think this is specific to vm, I have moved your thread to the correct forum.

I find with iPhone/iPod Touch updates, the server tends to be quite overloaded when Apple release updates. Just keep trying.
